Founded in 2024, the society is actively working in the field of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry sciences, focusing on professionals and farmersβ welfare for sustainable development. It provides a unique platform for scientists, academicians, researchers, and policymakers to exchange ideas, encourage research, and disseminate knowledge across society.Β

The Indian Society of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Research (ISVAHR) is established by a group of veterinary, animal husbandry, and allied science professionals with the aim to strengthen rural India through sustainable livestock development and improved animal-based livelihoods. The society is dedicated to promoting research and innovation in all branches of veterinary and animal sciences, providing its members with opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and professional growth.

Aim Of Society
The aims and objectives of the Society shall be to:
To disseminate the knowledge of VETERINARY SCIENCES.
To facilitate international cooperation in the field of DAIRY & POULTRY.
To provide facilities for periodical meetings among research workers in VETERINARY.
To provide facilities for association and conferences among students of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, and to encourage close relationships between them and professionals in allied animal and life science disciplines.
To encourage and develop knowledge and skills in all fields of primary industry to predominantly benefit the community of India.
Membership
Scientists & Scholars engaged and interested in Teaching/Research/Extension in Agriculture/Horticulture and related subjects shall be admitted as members after they pay the prescribed fee.
