The Society of Agriculture & Biological Sciences Research (SABSR), New Delhi, is a professional scientific organization dedicated to promoting excellence in agricultural and biological sciences. Registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and MSME, SABSR was established in 2025 as an autonomous research and educational organization.
SABSR provides a common platform for scientists, academicians, researchers, policymakers, agriculture professionals, and farmers to exchange ideas, promote research, and disseminate scientific knowledge. The Society is committed to advancing sustainable agriculture, fostering innovation, and supporting the welfare of the agricultural community through research, education, and scientific collaboration.

SABSR is established by a group of Agriculture and Biological Sciences professionals with the vision of promoting research, innovation, and sustainable agricultural development. The Society is committed to advancing scientific knowledge by providing a platform for researchers, academicians, students, policymakers, agriculture professionals, and farmers to exchange ideas and collaborate for the betterment of society.
The primary scope of SABSR includes Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Breeding & Genetics, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Economics, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Science, Veterinary Sciences, Fisheries, Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, Food Science, and other allied disciplines of agriculture and life sciences.

Aim Of Society
The aims and objectives of the Society shall be to:
To disseminate the knowledge of Agriculture & Horticulture.
To facilitate international cooperation in the field of Agriculture.
To provide facilities for periodical meetings among research workers in Agriculture & Horticulture.
To provide facilities for association and conference among students of Agriculture and for encouragement of close relationship between them and those in the related sciences.
To encourage and develop knowledge and skills in all fields of primary industry to predominantly benefit the community of India.
Membership
Scientists & Scholars engaged and interested in Teaching/Research/Extension in Agriculture/Horticulture and related subjects shall be admitted as members after they pay the prescribed fee.
